We have an opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor with experience in leading training projects to join our small, yet fun, HR team at The Fresh Produce Centre in Paddock Wood. HR plays an integral role in the success of all the Mack owned and joint-venture companies based here.
Each of the businesses within The Fresh Produce Centre is focussed on the supply of delicious fresh fruit to consumers. Our expertise ranges from sourcing activities in over 60 countries worldwide through to the provision of services in packaging, ripening, storage and transport, supplying our prestigious customer base, seven days a week.

This role is all about building and influencing strong business relationships to further develop our performance capability. You will have the opportunity to undertake and lead a wide range of HR activities, providing a professional, proactive, and fast paced HR service to line managers and teams. With your experience of Learning & Development, you will also play a key part in enhancing our training strategy and have the opportunity to take the lead in developing our in-house proposition.
Key skills required:
• Previous experience in a HR Generalist/Senior HR Advisor role
• Experience leading training projects and conducting Learning Needs Analysis.
• Ideally CIPD certified (level 5 or 7) or the desire to study
• Strong business acumen
• Great communicator
• Demonstrable experience managing ER issues
• Ability to operate to tight deadlines and manage a number of work activities at any one time
• Process driven and looking for continuous improvement
Benefits include:
• Salary £35,000 - £40,000
• 33 days including bank holidays
• Company Pension Scheme

Hours of work are 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
