We are looking for German speaking Contact Centre Agents to join us in Dover!
We have 2 positions available on different contracts (fixed term and maternity cover)
As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll be the first contact our customers will speak with, so your warm and friendly approach will be a welcome addition in our Contact Centre.
To be considered, you naturally are:
-Sales focussed
-Passionate about knowing your products and services and will help customers to make the best choices
-Excellent at customer service, communication and problem solving
-Happy to work in shifts
-Ideally you will also have:
-Previous call centre or travel industry experience
-Standard GCSE (or equivalent) grades in Maths and English
-Experience from a sales background
