Could you ensure our customers enjoy the very best service when they call for advice or guidance about their holiday and travel arrangements? You’ll need to be the kind of person who takes pride in doing things well, that’s for sure. You should also be keen to learn and build a great future with the friendly and supportive team here at Saga.

There’s plenty of training and coaching every step of the way. So while contact center experience would be welcomed, it’s not essential by any means. What really matters is that you put your customers first in everything you do. You enjoy helping people, listening to what they want and getting everything absolutely right for them.

You’ll need to be flexible and able to think quickly too. After all, no two calls are the same here and there’s always a new solution to be found. So you can look forward to real variety, plus the chance to put your positive, determined and success-focused approach to work.
The more you achieve in this role, the more you can earn! While your basic starting salary will be £14,225, your average expected on target earnings can reach £19,000. Our top performing advisors can earn as much £22,500 in just 3 years.
