We are looking for a Marketing & PR Assistant to join our exciting client based in Folkestone. Join a fast-paced and growing company who require support with driving marketing and PR campaigns for the business. You will be expected to be involved at all levels, including social media management, e-marketing, advertising, drafting press releases, working in partnership with the sales team and organising promotional events.

Furthermore, the role will also involve:
• Coordinate and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for the brands within both consumer and trade channels
• Assist with website graphics, e-marketing and social media management
• Executing the offline marketing activities including advertising, dealing with press enquiries and PR opportunities and activities
• Copywriting and proofreading for products, website and promotional literature
• Support with organising market research and reporting and assessing results of marketing campaigns
• Developing and organising the production of marketing content for the sales team
• Support with video editing
• Arrange promotional activities and attend trade shows

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Relevant degree or qualification
• Experience within a similar role – at least 12 months experience
• Strong IT skills – Microsoft package – Excel, Word etc
• Experience of trade sales
• Experience of both online and offline marketing
• Experience of arranging events
• Good work ethic
• Able to be flexible and be a good team player
