Are you an Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on the look out for a change?

Location :Medway

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. You will be based at the clients offices in Medway working in the contractors offices.

The project is a 10 year Highways Maintenance contract which includes repair work, new roads and local authority improvements. They are currently working to a NEC form of contract.

The role is a freelance contract with the potential for long term or permanent contract to be offered.

The team based in Medway consists of a Senior Surveyor, Project Manager and Commercial Manager.

You will be responsible for:

* Assisting Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Issuing Sub contract drafts
* Collating information for monthly reporting (CVR)
* Ensuring all paperwork goes out with the correct items
* Dealing with any pricing variations
* Responsible for project changes and variations

Requirements:

* Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying
* Excellent IT and maths skills are essential
* Attention to detail
* Excellent report writing
* Experience in highways maintenance is essential
* Experience with CONFIRM/EAM payment system or similar
* NEC experience Option A
