Legal Secretary, Family Department - Temp
An experienced Legal Secretary in Family is sought to work on the outskirts of Maidstone.
Providing full secretarial support to the Family Department fee earner including:
* Arranging appointments, dealing with client queries in person and by phone;
* typing of correspondence and documents via digital dictation
* Filing, photocopying, opening/closing client files;
* Maintaining and coordinating fee earner's diary and diary notes taking appropriate action as necessary;
* Providing cover for Reception on a roster basis with other secretaries, dealing with members of the public in person, responding to calls on the switchboard, photocopying, taking messages and general reception duties.
Candidate skills
* Previous Family Legal Secretarial Experience
* Advanced knowledge of Word, E-mail and Internet systems, Audio Typing.
* Legal Terminology
* Good written and telephone skills
