The company brief:

One of the UK's premium commercial developers who currently build out commercial developments plots valued from £200,000 - £1.2 million across smaller bespoke developments and large scale multi-phase schemes are experiencing a large increase in output over the coming months and the need has arisen to recruit for Electrical Tester with immediate effect.

The project:

A traditional build 200+ office block site comprising of offices and retail units.

Your new role:

As an Electrical Tester, you will be working directly for the developer and you will be working closely with the management team undertaking Electrical Testing work. You will be key in contributing to the safe & on time delivery of a complex, exciting project in London and your role will involve:

* Working on high end residential apartments
* Fault finding within property
* Testing Electrics within the building

About you:

* Previous in a similar role.
* JIB Gold Card ideally with the relevant job role
* 2391 or 2394/5 Testing is absolutely essential
* Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
* Focused on progress
* Able to follow site drawings
