Transport Administrator - Temp to perm role
Main duties:
Candidates will be responsible for reporting to the Office and Planning Manager, the role exists to assist with the administrative functions of the office coupled with operational support for the daily transport movements.
The successful candidature will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to switch from task to task without losing focus.
The role is a temporary role with the outlook of turning permanent.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Ensuring all Drivers are up to standard and have the legal documents required
* Covering Driver shifts where last minute drops out, no shows or sicknesses occur
* General administration duties including filing, data input and using Microsoft office programmes
* Maintaining each Drivers records
