We are looking for a bookkeeper to join our busy team in Maidstone. We are looking for a part -time permanent position
Your hours would be 21 hours per week 9am to 5pm, three days a week, with one hour lunch.
The job role would be:
Bookkeeping, VAT Returns, Software Training, VAT Registrations, Systems Review and implementation, Software Selection. You will also be required to visit clients at their premises to carry out bookkeeping and possible training.
In addition experience in the following areas would be useful:
Payroll
Auto - Enrolment
Payroll Set Up
auto - Enrolment Set up and Implementation
Experience with Cloud Software, particularly Xero and Kashflow would be preferred, but training will be given.
You will be in regular contact with clients, so you must have a confident telephone manner and are happy to meet clients.
