A Marketing Communications Executive is required to join an international manufacturing organisation based in South Kent.

Working in a stand-alone capacity but reporting into the Managing Director for Europe, the incoming candidate will implement effective marketing communications in line with the Global Marketing strategy.

Chief responsibilities will include:

* Prepare and deliver a detailed Annual Marketing Communications Plan,
* Database and e-marketing campaign management,
* CRM management using Salesforce.com,
* Web management (working closely with US HQ in ensuring online presence follows global corporate guidelines),
* New Product Development - working closely with product developers to successfully launch new products in global markets,
* Photography - organise and manage product shoots,
* Implementation of Corporate ID,
* Exhibition and Event Management,
* Prepare regular, high impact Case Studies.

The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated and offer the ability to work with limited direction - working closely with senior sales and commercial stakeholders across the UK, Europe, and US.

You will be highly commercial, be able to follow current marketing trends.

Proven marketing experience is required - preferably within a product or manufacturing background within a B2B capacity.

Strong database management and analytical skills are required as you manage effective email marketing campaigns to prospective customers - as is the ability to utilise a CRM effectively (salesforce.com would be highly advantageous).

You will have a creative eye for detail; the production of marketing collateral will be required from time to time, as well as an internal communications letter on a quarterly basis. A working knowledge of the Abode Creative Suite would be useful, but this is by no means a graphic design role.
