Test / Acquirer Implementation Analyst

As a member of the new acquirer division, the acquirer implementation analyst will be liaising with third party suppliers for certification with their products. The key objective of this role is to gain accreditation for the suppliers from gathering third party requirements, certifying solution and deploying to the live environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Gather requirements from third party supplier
· Create test plans, test cases and generate test reports to track progress of project, to obtain signoff
· Assist in deployment tasks and support the solution in the live environment, resulting in business as usual
· Reviewing mandates and communicating these to third party suppliers
· Create and improve processes within this department
· Ensuring SLAs are met as part of the acquirer division guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Essential
· GCSE and/or A-Level Qualifications in English and Mathematics
· Experience in creating test plans, test cases and test report documentation
· Experience of setting priorities, influencing others and achieving customers’ expectations
Desirable
· Knowledge of the payment card industry
· Experience of project management and proven track record of high quality projects delivered on time
· Payment application testing and certification experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Contracted 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible working approach.
