Temps Wanted Call Customer Service Outbound Marketing Research B2B
We are looking to recruit a team of temporary outbound call agents based in Ashford, Kent.
Training – 9.30am
Shifts: - Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm OR 1pm – 9pm OR 4pm – 9pm (Weekend hours available too)
As an Outbound Call Agent we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, whilst meeting agreed targets through gaining the callers interest.
Do you have the following?
Previous experience in a customer focused environment
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding typing skills
B2B Calls
Happy to temp week on week
A positive 'can-do' approach
An Organised approach to daily activities
Have resilience and can handle objections well
Ability to carry out repetitive calls
Min wage + Holiday pay, weekly pay on Fridays
