Office Angels Dartford is currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to complete various temporary assignments located in Dartford and the surrounding areas.
As a Temporary Candidate it is essential that you will be available to work at very short notice and have confirmed availability for no less than 3 months.
The main responsibilities as a Receptionist are:
* Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors
* Directing telephone enquiries to the relevant team using a switchboard
* Distribution of incoming and sending outgoing post
* Setting up meeting rooms and organising lunch/refreshments
* General administrative duties such as filing, scanning etc.
As a Temp with Office Angels you will receive weekly pay, 28 days holiday a year and entry into additional incentives/competitions including our Angel of the Month Award to win prizes such as cinema tickets and lunch brought to you in assignment!
