My client is a leading South Kent organisation looking to recruit a part time HR Advisor to their divisional team.
You will support the delivery of the key processes within the HR team with particular focus on recruitment and Employee Relations. You`ll collate various periodic HR reports and metrics and take an active lead in recruitment activities. You`ll support the HR Manager on a variety of initiatives; actively challenging current procedures and best practice.
You will need to be an experienced and highly enthusiastic HR Advisor with the full range of HR generalist experience from ER and EE through to hands on recruitment. You will be used to working within a fast paced ever changing environment and keen to enhance your HR career experience. You will ideally be have some CIPD studies under your belt, but this is not essential.
This role is offered on a flexible working basis of around 30 hours per week. They may also be the occasional, national travel requirement to other office locations.
