Our client is looking to recruit a Part Time Recruitment Advisor to join their team for 4 days per week ( 30 hours).
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 pro rata plus an excellent benefits package.
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment to include advertising roles, the companies recruitment page and be providing a great candidate experience to increase the volume of applications for various vacancies.
Your recruitment expertise will be required as you provide advice on company policies, recruitment processes and employment law.
Keeping databases updated to produce regular statistics/data allowing you to provide reports to Senior Management as required.
The volume of recruitment is high and fast paced and requires a candidate who can prioritise their own workload who is self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Essential Skills:
- An experienced recruiter able to utilise a variety of assessment tools and candidate management.
- Experienced in a broad range of generalist activities with great experience in employee relations.
- a clear communicator, able to build relationships at all organisational levels
- flexible regarding travel which could involve very occasional overnight stays
