Key skills required:

* 1st / 2nd Line Support experience
* Software installation experience would be an advantage although training can be offered for the right candidate
* Databasing experience is essential
* The ability to provide outstanding customer service both on the phone and in person
* A clean driving licence as travel to clients around the UK will be a part of the role
* Some coding experience would be an advantage
* The ability to work under pressure and be well organised
