Our client based near Biggin Hill requires a Technical Support Engineer (Mechanical Engineering graduate) to join their team.
Suitable candidates will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and have appx. 1 – 2 years relevant work history within service support, quotations, CRM databases or similar.
The role will involve:
• Issuing and following up technical quotations for equipment and spares
• Handling customer queries
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
• Managing the company Website & Marketing material
