We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager for immediate start to work within a busy four branch business based in Charing.
You will be working with one accounts assistant, in this family run business which has just celebrated its 25th anniversary!
Reporting to the Managing Director on a monthly basis, you will be dealing with all aspects of accounts up to and including the production of Management Accounts for the Director and Chartered Accountants.
Knowledge of the following is essential: -
Computerised accounts
Agreeing all nominal ledgers monthly
Profit & Loss, balance sheet and trial balance.
Producing Management Accounts monthly
Preferably familiar with Opera.
We would also require you to assist with HR, including weekly payroll, and staff holiday planning.
