Job Information
Opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator working within the IT & Telecoms industry. This position would suit an experienced sales admin. This role would involve making and receiving a high volume of telephone calls to both existing and potential clients. The potential employee would have involvement in every step in the sales process from logging the initial opportunity through to invoicing.
Role Requirements
• Generating and following up on Sales Leads
• Logging opportunities
• Quoting
• Ordering
• Taking deliveries
• Maintaining CRM database.
Personal Skills
• Good telephone manner and be able to work on the telephone daily
• Able to maintain customer as well as supplier relationships
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Keen interest in IT & Services
• Good knowledge/understanding of Technology
• Knowledge/experience of Xero an advantage
• Self motivated
• Able to work well within a team
Qualifications
• Any applicable Sales and or Administration qualifications an advantage
