A exciting new opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to join a successful client based in Bromley, specialising in Health, Wellness and Fitness.
Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager with a positive, professional, people orientated attitude who will hit the ground running, within the Asset Management team you will join an enthusiastic team and will report to a newly appointed Head of Asset Management.
You will be relied upon as an accomplished Project Manager, holding significant experience of all stages of the project management life cycle from initial design through to completion and post project evaluation within forecasted spend.
You will be in a strong position for this role if you hold a track record of maximising commercial returns, managing large scale high value construction and capital investment projects across a multi-site, national organization.
This role also presents a great opportunity to indirectly positively influence bringing our brand experience to life for consumers, clients and our workforce within their working environments.
Role deliverables include planning, defining and delivering the project's objectives, adhering to the companies asset management strategy, sustainability strategy and procurement plans.
Compliance and risk mitigation through effective budget and stakeholder management are also measurable deliverables.
Requirements:
It is essential that you are educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline and hold a Prince 2 or equivalent Project Management qualification.
Ideally you will be a member of an appropriate professional body / Institution such as the Association of Project Managers.
A willingness to visit our sites during their core operating hours of 6am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday is anticipated, along with regional travel; however, our core operating hours are within the usual office hours and the majority of your hours will be spent at our Head Office location, Bromley.
