SOUS CHEF - £23,500 – busy hotel –
A popular hotel with a forty cover, a la carte restaurant, coffee lounge, bar and two function rooms. Due to increased business they are looking to employ a strong Sous Chef to support the Head Chef with all aspects of running this high quality kitchen
There is a brigade of 8-9 chefs preparing traditional and contemporary British menus and everything is made in house using fresh, seasonal produce. As Sous Chef you will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering and training and mentoring the junior members of the team.
Alongside the restaurant they also cater for a high number of weddings, functions and parties, so previous banqueting experience will be essential.
