Receptionist
This company is an established corporate company in the Tunbridge Wells area.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time, confident Receptionist to join them.
The receptionist role involves duties such as meeting and greeting clients, referring and guiding them in the right direction, answering any questions, as well as maintaining the waiting room and reception area. Other responsibilities include professionally answering and dealing with telephone calls and email correspondence. On top of receptionist duties, there is an element of administration duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous reception or administration experience with a strong telephone manner and competent IT skills. Being well presented, personable, calm under pressure and a team player is fundamental for this role as well as good communication skills.
