PA (Personal Assistant) to Executive Directors
£21,000 - £22,000 per annum

Are you looking for a busy and challenging PA role to utilise your skills and support a busy Chief Executive Officer?
A rare opportunity to work alongside a CEO and support a team of Directors within the following crucial areas;
* Screen incoming telephone calls for all Directors & responding to mail on Directors' behalf as necessary.
* Arranging national/international telephone and video conference calls, arranging internal/external meeting rooms and associated catering requirements
* Extensive diary management for all directors exercising a high level of judgement on priorities.
* Arranging travel, visas, accommodation and itineraries
* Collate monthly management reports in a timely manner and support preparation of Board packs for the Directors
* Ensure Directors have all items/documents prepared in advance for all meeting
* Preparing and circulating agendas for both internal and external meetings, taking and typing minutes of senior management meetings and following up on actions as necessary
* Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
* Organise staff events; Christmas parties, staff briefings, conferences etc
* Be an active member of the Health & Safety Committee; taking and circulating meeting minutes, following up actions, keeping up to date accident records and reporting schedules and arranging First Aid and Fire Warden training.
You will need to have proven organisational skills and a strong working knowledge of Ms Office including Outlook and Powerpoint, and the desire to learn and become an integral team player who maintains a highly professional approach in all working areas.
