Web Developer .Net (Server Side) with Sitecore

Web Developer Role

You will be working with the server-side team and other senior designers delivering new media solutions to agreed timescales, and supporting our support and maintenance team with our internal systems and projects. This role more than any will give you exposure to a wide range of clients applications and projects, as well as deep insight into the technologies within our stack.


Technically you will need;

• An understanding of server-side technologies and how to leverage them to create inspirational and usable visual interfaces
• C#, VB.Net, MVC, SQL Server (TSQL Query language to developer level) IIS, Visual Studio, XHTML, JavaScript -and a combination of the following, AJAX, J Query, Sitecore 8, Umbraco, Mongo DB, Teamcity, Octopus and GIT, JIRA or Trello
• Sitecore experience is necessary for this role – however we are happy to train and certify strong developers.
To thrive in this environment, you should be experienced in working on large value portfolio and big web site project, and also have the ability to forward plan and evaluate the impact of integration across businesses and platforms. We create in a fast paced and delivery driven environment, so an understanding of the cost and consequence of implementation from a technology perspective is also required.

You should have an understanding of Agile methodology, the ability to document work and projects and report to the leadership and management team, and be committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation.

This role is based in our London office – but our dev teams are based in Ashford , London Ukraine and Sri Lanka so you will be working with all of these people and have the opportunity to visit, meet and mentor these teams and locations.
