Town and Country Cleaners Ltd require a site based Contract Manager for our prestigious client, Coty, who are based in Ashford, Kent.
Our services include cleaning, maintenance, grounds maintenance and waste management duties in a busy environment across a 24/7 shift pattern.
You will be required to manage a moderate size team to ensure services are delivered to the highest quality across production, manufacturing, office and external areas.
Duties to include:
• Live time Reporting
• Client Liaison
• Quality and Health & Safety Audits
• Task and Resource Management
• Solution finding to daily challenges
• KPI Management
• Payroll Reporting
• HR Procedures
35 hours per week (occasional weekend work)
£25,500 per annum with overtime available.
You must be computer literate, have a proven record of managing a team and possess a high level of organisational skills preferably having worked previously in a soft services management position or in a manufacturing environment.
Advantageous qualities:
• Health & Safety Qualification IOSH Mgt or above
• Track record of managing change
• Hands on approach
• Experience of active / live time reporting
