Look through the job boards and you'll find dozens of Consultant's roles all saying exactly the same thing.

It's fine, we get it. All job ads have to follow the same format - Describe what the role entails in a nice, neat job role format then say exactly the same again only slightly tweaked when it comes to the "ideal candidate". Throw some blurb in about what a great, fun atmosphere the office has and how you'll be pushed to your full potential.

The end is usually a short paragraph about what makes the company great, then a list of "benefits" and the salary (there's probably a witty bit here about the amazing OTE).
