Trainee Branch Manager
This unique role encompasses both the Letting and Sales elements of business, therefore we are looking for a candidate who has strong knowledge of both sectors.
This newly created role will be to support both sides of the business in their day to day duties, in addition to this further training and development towards an evaluation and
management positions is available for the successful candidate.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Liaise with property owners in relation to the rental or sale of their property
• Handle enquiries about properties from potential buyers or renters
• Book appointments for evaluations or viewings
• Manage the database of potential buyers and renters
• Liaise with both the buyer or renters, to deliver the best customer service experience possible
• Assist the viewing team with managing their work load including viewing properties when required
• Assist in the Negotiating of the sale and letting of properties
As this is a newly created supporting role within our clients business the job description is evolving daily, further information will be given up on interview.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent who is seeking progression in to a branch management position of sorts, with opportunities on further development and training in evaluations and team management available.
Essential requirements:
• Negotiation and selling skills
• Ambition, drive and charisma
• Food communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationship with clients and colleagues
• Strong organisation skills and you will be dealing with more the 1 sector at a time
• Willingness to take on responsibility and further develop your career in to management
• Understanding of and a keen interest in, the local property market and the evolving changes that are happening in the industry
• A minimum of 5 years estate agency experience with experience in both Lettings and Sales.
• Produce reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material
• Full understanding of statutory compliance within the industry
