You will be an experienced Recruitment Manager. You'll need a lot of knowledge and experience in driving a recruitment strategy to source and recruit exceptional talent in addition to developing a great recruitment team.
As an experienced Coach, you will be able to play to your Recruitment Executives strengths and support their ongoing development.
As a Champion of the candidate experience, you will be able to ensure that the firm's values and employer brand are weaved through all recruitment activity.
Vast experience recruiting technical talent into a fast-paced, tech business with a passion for the "tech world" is essential.
Essential Skills:
- Experience recruiting technical talent.
- Super organised and methodical.
- Able to manage a small team alongside getting hands-on with the business recruitment.
- A driven, self-starter that is passionate about people and of course calm under pressure.
- The company deal with a high volume of applications across all roles.
- Experience of managing high volume recruitment and recruiting technical talent for technical teams.
- Experience in interviewing and assessing candidates to include designing and facilitating the best assessment days to find great people.
- Confidence in communicating at all levels with strong influencing skills.
- A track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships.
Key responsibilities include:-
- To lead, manage and develop a recruitment team and strategy in line with the business’s strategic goals.
- Designing and creating selection processes and assessments in addition to Interviewing and running assessment days.
-Sourcing candidates through innovative methods and screening relevant applicants for shortlisting.
-Producing, maintaining and analysing recruitment metrics.
-Liaising with external recruitment agencies.
-Getting stuck in with whatever is a priority to ensure that the team continue to exceed expectations and perform at a high level.
-Playing your part as-as a member of the wider team and supporting their development.
