Our Allocations Assistants assist in the coordination of the work associated with the voids and allocations processes, ensuring compliance with Golding Homes’ policies and procedures and the regulatory requirements of a registered provider. The key priority is to ensure the efficient turn round of empty properties, which communicating effectively with applicants providing information on housing options or signposting them to appropriate organisations. In addition, you will be pro-active in the promotion of the mutual exchange process and allocations into sheltered accommodation, giving potential tenants the support they require to move and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a strong partnership approach to deliver the end to end service.Golding Homes is a progressive organisation and is committed to ongoing staff development and inventive approaches to new challenges faced by the sector.

As an organisation, Golding Homes is an established Registered Provider based in Maidstone (approximately 40 miles from London) who delivers high quality affordable homes and services across Kent

The successful candidate will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of £18,239.00 to £22,292.00 dependent on the candidate’s knowledge, skills and experiences.
