Here at KMS Professionals we are rapidly expanding due to recommendation of our services by medical consultants. Therefore, we are looking for an exceptional team player who will be willing to go the extra mile in helping us continue to provide an unrivalled service.
Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that our consultant’s accounts are paid on time by patients, insurance companies, solicitors and hospitals by chasing overdue invoices.
Full training is given from the outset so experience is not as important as finding the right person!
Ideally however you will have a knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook. Alongside experience of dealing with the public and customer services, an excellent telephone manner is essential. You will also require tenacity and the confidence to work on your own initiative.
This is not an accounting role, however credit control experience would be seen as an advantage. Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate.

Essential requirements for the role are:
• Taking ownership of tasks and ability to prioritise
• Be able to work to tight deadlines, work under pressure but always remaining calm
• Have exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Always work with tact and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Have a proven commitment in previous employment
As a reward to our staff and to make them feel valued by the work they do we offer an excellent salary package with generous annual leave, subsidised private healthcare, profit share and regular review and appraisals. There are also regular opportunities for promotion to pod/team leader.
Office hours are 8am-6pm daily.
PLEASE NOTE FOR BOTH PART TIME AND FULL TIME ROLES YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK UP UNTIL 6PM TO COVER THE HOURS OF THE BUSINESS, THEREFORE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU CAN FULFILL THIS CRITERIA.
