We are seeking Administration Support to join our new Knowledge Team. This position is a great opportunity for an administrator with a track record of effective workload management and communication.

You will provide support to the team in entering rates, allocation and supplier information onto the company’s booking system, managing hotel options and liaising with suppliers for quality purposes. You’ll need to demonstrate the ability to contribute to a team environment as well as using your own initiative to manage your own workload.

You must be incredibly adaptable to meet our client needs as well as have the ability to accept change in a fast paced environment.

Competencies for success - candidates MUST have:

• Must be able to work well on own initiative and within the team
• Organisation skills are essential and an ability to prioritise workload
• Effective communication skills (internal and external) and strong use of English grammar (written and spoken)
• Friendly and professional telephone manner
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be sensitive to client/supplier needs (internal and external)
• Able to take responsibility for own work
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail
• A desire to exceed expectations in customer service
• Commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate
• A passion for travel
• A willingness to learn and a desire to succeed

You will need to generate reports and statistics for key suppliers and members of the Group Contracting Team. You will also assist with requesting marketing material including imagery and descriptions to support marketing and the Information Coordinator.
