We are seeking an Operations Focused Tour Coordinator to join our dynamic Business to Business Support Team. This position is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator with a track record of effective workload management and communication.

This role requires the continually building and improvement of client relationships (including visits when required) and ensuring that the client receives individual and respectful attention regarding any queries.

Working as part of a large team, you’ll need to demonstrate the ability to contribute to a team environment as well as using your own initiative to manage your own workload.

You must be incredibly adaptable to meet our client and supplier needs as well as have the ability to accept change in a fast paced environment.

Competencies for success - candidates MUST have:

• Must be able to work well on own initiative and within the team
• Organisation skills are essential and an ability to prioritise workload

• Effective communication skills (internal and external) and strong use of English grammar (written and spoken)
• Friendly and professional telephone manner
• Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Be sensitive to client needs (internal and external)
• Able to take responsibility for own work
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail
• A desire to exceed expectations in customer service
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to negotiate
• A passion for travel
• A willingness to learn and a desire to succeed

The Operations Focused Tour Coordinator is responsible for operating all tours within the individual client base in line with company procedures and processes.

You will also be required to assess and check future tours, to ensure that all tour itineraries are current and as the client expects them to be and to deal with client and supplier queries and requests in relation to the operation of the tour.
