About the role: Mascalls Academy has an opportunity for a Staffroom Assistant to join our school. Our successful candidate will provide a well organised, efficient refreshment service for all staff members and their visitors and control stock required, and to provide refreshments on parents evenings and assist with catering/drinks requirements at open events and presentation evenings. This is an ideal role for a candidate seeking part-time employment who has a personable and professional manner, keen to work with our incredibly friendly staff! . Key Responsibilities;

- To set up and serve teas and coffees in the staffroom for all staff and their visitors.
- To keep a book-keeping record of monies paid by staff for refreshments.
- To control a petty cash fund for refreshments
- To monitor and control stock levels.
- To serve refreshments for staff at parent evenings.
- To set up and serve refreshments to staff and visitors at open events.
- To set up and serve refreshments to staff and visitors at presentation evenings.
- To keep the staffroom and staffroom kitchen clean and tidy.
- To carry out a deep clean of the staffroom kitchen once a year.
