Johnsons Garden Buildings is the South Easts’ leading provider of outdoor space solutions, supplying premium Garden Rooms to the public at competitive prices. Due to our aggressive expansion programme we are looking to recruit a Showroom Sales Assistant to join our Branch Sales Manager in our popular branch at Polhill Garden Centre in Sevenoaks.
The Role:
Undertaking the day to day responsibilities of sales within the branch, harvesting and culturing leads and Direct sales to the public. This position will be assisting other sales operatives and the Branch Sales Manager in the achievement of the branch sales targets, while ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are delivered.
Key Skills:
Sales experience preferred but full training is given
Self-motivation
Good team player
Confident manner and experience in selling to the public
Excellent time management and reliability
Understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
Full driving license required and own car preferred

The Package:
Salary: £21,136 per annum, plus uncapped commission OTE, £26,000.
