Harbow Sittingbourne & Strood is a family owned business and has a vacancy for an Assistant Store Manager which may be at either branch. You will need an entrepreneurial attitude and have our values of integrity and exceptional customer service.
With the Store Manager, you will be responsible for Business to Business and consumer sales of printers, printer cartridges & associated products both in person and by telephone. You will also be heavily involved in our printer contract programme for home and business users through our partnerships with Canon, HP and Epson. A sound knowledge of IT and printer or copier repairs is essential in this extremely varied role.
You would also be responsible, with the Store Manager, for all aspects of store operation including customer care, daily routines, productivity, quality, sales promotion, marketing and expense control.
A full, clean driving licence and your own transport are essential requirements.
