Working towards a Business and Administration Apprentice qualification we are seeking a career minded, hardworking and driven college of school leaver to join our Customs clearance team as an Import and Export Coordinator.

Working from our office at Folkestone Stop24 Services the successful applicant will work alongside key members of our operational team on a day to day basis facilitating the Customs clearance of consignments arriving from and departing to destinations outside of the European Union.

The role will necessitate face to face, verbal and written communication with our client base. The post would suit a person with a sound educational background with a willingness to learn and the ability to be a team player in a professional and busy work environment.

Starting salary will be £12000 per annum which will increase to £13000 per annum after six months successful employment.

Once the Apprenticeship has been completed successfully, the apprentice will be offered a permanent contract. The salary will rise immediately to £15,000 and after a further 6 months, the salary will rise to £16,000. Having been with the company for 2 years and, assuming continued progression, the apprentice will then be put onto the fully skilled import and export coordinator rate of £17,500 per annum. There will be further opportunities for promotion within the business should the apprentice have the necessary skills and personal qualities to progress.
