My client are now recruiting for two support legal secretaries to join their firm of over 100 employees, in their Commercial Property and Family departments.
Working for a well established firm of solicitors, these roles will primarily involve providing administration support and secretarial services to all fee earners within the teams.
Candidates should:
Have an interest in legal matters and understanding of the need for confidentiality.
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, planning time and priorities is essential.
Confident and articulate telephone and interpersonal skill are required.
You will possess good numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
Enjoying contact with others, good social skills including tact, patience, understanding and persuasiveness.
Have first class typing accuracy and speed
Speak and understand English to a very high level
Flexible in attitude
Well presented, takes in pride in work and in self
works well in a team environment as well as on your own
Takes the initiative
Negotiable basic salary and good benefits.
