Lauriem Complete Care are a successful social care organisation and KCC contracted provider.

We are currently looking for Community Care Workers to join our team in Sevenoaks.

Responsibilities of Care Assistant role:
• Support and work with vulnerable adults in the community & sheltered housing
• Our Client base includes Mental Health, Dementia, Long Term Medical Conditions, Learning Disabilities and Physical Health Problems,
• Daily activities to include personal care, medication, shopping, choices and decisions, social inclusion and social support.

Previous care experience is not essential as full in-house training and mentoring is provided, with the opportunity to gain a QCF level 2 Qualification in Health & Social Care after completing your probationary period.

Hours We offer:
• Guaranteed part-time & full-time hours (subject to availability)
• Split shifts (e.g. 7am-2pm, 4pm-10pm)
• Evenings & weekends only
• Minimum 16 hours per week contracts
• Zero hours, you pick when you want to work (must have some availability every other weekend)

Salary and Benefits:
• From £11.45phr for applicants with care experienced or new to care applicants after successful completion of 6 months probationary period.

Requirements of Care Assistant role:
Employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and 2 references.
