An exciting opportunity has become available for a Category Planner working in the F&B team within our Buying & Merchandising department.
Working with and reporting directly to the Merchandiser you will ensure stock intake, management and delivery to ship according to the category plans and budgets.
You will also:
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Merchandising team
- Monitor category and store sales
- Manage and resolve store queries
- Build key relationships with the distribution centre
- Conduct analysis of A&R reports and recommend actions to the Merchandiser
- Achieve and exceed sales and profit targets
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you:
- Have proven numerical and analytical skills
- Have strong administration stills
- Experience with database management
- Possess excellent IT skills and competency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Have strong Excel skills
- Have outstanding organisation skills
It would be desirable if you also have:
- Experience within retail, customer service or food & beverage
- Stock control experience
