Team Support Gillingham are one of many branches of a well establish recruitment consultancy nationwide. We specialize in industrial, driving and catering/hospitality sectors and are keen to expand into the care sector to follow in our other branches footsteps.
You will be responsible for generating new business, booking and attending sales meetings with prospective clients, dealing with bookings and candidate placements, registrations of new candidates and job matching as well as advertising your current vacancies and supporting the team.
The ideal candidate for this role will be confident and bubbly and able to work on their own initiative. Someone that isnt afraid to talk on the phone or meet clients face to face and is money hungry for commission!
A sales or recruitment background is essential due to the fast pace and complexity of the role. IT skills are essential however training will be provided on the system we use.
