The role itself will see you taking calls from customers and responding to emails to support queries relating to Saga’s new membership scheme. This means understanding their needs, putting yourself in their shoes and getting everything absolutely right first time for them.
You’ll be constantly looking to offer the best experience for each customer, whether it’s activating membership; reissuing welcome packs; answering questions about offers and rewards; helping customers to get in touch with the right provider or handling enquiries about the membership website.

That’s why a flexible, positive and success-focused approach is important to ensure the best outcomes are being delivered. We’ll make sure that you get all the training, coaching and support you need to do a brilliant job. And while your basic salary starts at £14,423, as a top performing customer support advisor you have the potential to increase your salary to £21,958 in as little as 3 years.
