TRAINEE BREWERS
We are looking for trainee brewers to join our team at the new purpose built brewery.
No previous brewing experience is necessary, but a good work ethic certainly is.
You will be responsible for
> Wort brewing and yeast management
> Managing fermentations
> Packaging beers
>Delivery work as needed.
You must be comfortable lifting 50kg, and have a rigorous, practical approach to work.
Structured training will be provided to enable you to achieve your full potential and support will be given towards any study towards external brewing qualifications such as IBD courses.
Salary will depend on how you progress through your training and any previous experience.
