EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR FULL / PART TIME WORK.
We are currently looking for Community Care Workers to join our expanding team, providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults within their own homes.
We are based in Maidstone but cover the following areas:Sevenoaks and surrounding areas Tonbridge and Malling , T/ Wells

What we look for:
 The honest and reliable person that can provide a range of tasks in a customer’s home and who relates to elderly individuals and their carers.
 Good communication skills
 Respect for customer’s dignity, self-esteem and need to maintain confidentiality
 Commitment to teamwork and ability to work independently
 Ability to promote and maintain Health and Safety policies and procedures in the workplace.
 Ability to be flexible with time and to accommodate rosters that include weekends and evenings.
Further information and requirements
A background in care is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

What we offer:
 Competitive rates of pay
 Mileage paid at £0.22 per mile. £0.44 per mile if you are with a non-driver.
 Free DBS / Free uniform
 Training and shadowing will be given to gain your Care Certificate
 Opportunity to do your NVQ and progress to senior level
 Various Shifts are available.
 Full-time and part-time work available
