Carers FIRST is a growing charity supporting adult and young Carers across the districts of South and North West Kent, Medway, Waltham Forest and Lincolnshire. A Carer is anyone who provides unpaid care to someone who due to ill health, physical or mental illness, disability, frailty or addiction, cannot manage without their support.

We believe that our staff are our strength and core to the success of the Charity; we are now looking for a dedicated, innovative and driven talent to join our IT team. If you want to work for organisation that makes a real difference to people’s lives, believe you have an aptitude for working with IT systems and looking to develop a career in IT support, then this is the perfect role for you.

In the role you will be provided with training that will enable you to provide an IT support service to Carers FIRST staff covering our IT hardware, applications, mobile phones and Carers FIRST’s innovative bespoke database.

You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role and demonstrate good problem solving, communication and teamwork skills.

In return, you will benefit from good annual leave entitlement, childcare vouchers, training and development opportunities, access to our work place pension and a Benenden Healthcare package.
