Littlebourne House is a residential and EMI care home. Working with the registered manager the post holder will oversee all aspects of care delivery ensuring that only the highest standards of care are given.
Your Responsibilities as a Team Leader
Play an active role in ensuring compliance within the home managing the implementation of company policies and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the induction of all new employees and participate in the training development of the team.
Skills/Requirements:
Extensive supervisory level experience in a health or social care setting working with older people
QCF Level 4 in Health and Social Care – Adults qualification is essential
Ability to communicate and interact well with residents and others
Good organisational skills
To be able to read, write and work with numbers and computers to a good standard
Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in a diverse and changing environment
Ability to effectively supervise individuals and a team
