We need an experienced administrator to join us at Cygnet Hospital Godden Green to act as HR Administrator as well as administering the payroll for the hospital.

Key duties will include:

HR/Personnel

Providing specialist knowledge and skills to the management team and hospital staff in the areas of personnel;
Maintaining personnel files and database, completing audits, and liaising appropriately to ensure all records are kept up-to-date;
Liaising with Recruitment Team to advertise job vacancies and ensuring all pre-employment checks and new starter paperwork is in place;
Recording all job applications and enquiries;
Liaising with the Recruitment Team regarding job interviews, booking rooms, preparing applicant paperwork for interviewers.

Payroll:

Production of permanent salaried and hourly payroll summaries from timesheets, cross-referencing to annual leave and sickness records
Production of Bank hourly payroll summary from timesheets, cross referenced to the e-census records.
Maintaining annual leave and sickness records for payroll and e-smart
Handle queries regarding payroll

This is a very busy role requiring someone with relevant experience and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications as well as excellent written and verbal communication.

You will report to the Administration Manager and liaise with other members of the administration team but will need to know how to prioritise and be equally comfortable working on your own initiative as well as being part of a team.
