We are an educational software company, developing exciting products and services for schools and colleges across the country. We require an apprentice customer service/ digital marketing assistant to:
• Receive support calls from our software customers via phone and email and solve their problems
• Use online marketing software to create and monitor email campaigns
• Use social media to connect with potential customers and gather information from them to help secure new business
• Manage the company social media accounts
• Day-to-day admin duties
