Relief Manager

£8.20 per hour (£15,990 full time equivalent)
22.5 – 37.5 hours per week

Demelza Hospice Care for Children is a charity providing hospice services for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and support for their families across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.

We seek an individual with charity retail experience to provide relief cover to our retail outlets across Kent, East Sussex and South East London, in the absence of a manager.

You will have the ability to motivate a team and adapt to constantly changing workloads.

You will have excellent organisation skills with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service and maintain sales targets.

Your methodical approach to working will enable you to ensure the smooth operational running of the shop.

You must be an excellent communicator at all levels and will be expected to manage a diverse team of Volunteers.

You will be able to work flexibly across the seven day trading week. Extensive travel will be required so a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
