This is a brilliant opportunity to have a career with a Estate Agent who are looking for a Lettings Negotiator for their busy branch in FAVERSHAM. My client are looking for someone who is willing to "muck-in", remain calm under pressure and with a good sense of humour. In return you will join a team fun team of dedicated Estate Agents who will offer generous bonuses alongside the generous package.

Duties:

Advertising properties online
Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
Matching customer needs for renting & letting of properties
General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input
Showing people around properties in the local area
Valuing/listing properties to let
Assisting management and administrators
Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
Canvassing/door-knocking

Requirements:

You must have a full, clean UK licence and a car (generous mileage allowance paid)
Excellent communication skills
You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
You will be articulate
You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
You will have good interpersonal and people skills
You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
You must enjoy over-achieving targets and providing excellent levels of customer service to excel in this role.
