We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and professional individual to join our new small canvas printing team (Kings Hills Art) based in Kings Hill, Kent. Monday to Friday initially between 09:00 hours and 17:00.
You will be responsible for the administration and online marketing for the company website, creating and making canvas prints, packing the orders and dealing direct with customers via both email and telephone. This is a varied role and the ideal candidate will have a strong enthusiasm to learn new things.

Main Duties:
- Managing website sales and general administrative tasks;
- Making canvas prints and photo prints by hand to order (training will be provided);
- Managing social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest);
- Managing online tasks and projects, including liaising with various outsourcing clients and freelancers;
- Working direct with wholesalers and other business to business duties;
- Ordering of stock;
- General admin duties;
- PA duties to your line manager;
- Writing and posting blog articles.
The ideal candidate must be computer-literate and be fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The successful candidate must also have a hard-working attitude, be reliable, creative, punctual and also be capable of working on their own initiative.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are vital for this role.
Essential requirements:
- Must have practical ability and be able to work hands on – all customer orders will be fulfilled by the successful candidate. This includes initially making around 10+ canvas prints per day, with the scale to do more (full training to be provided);
- Comfortable using industrial scale printers (full training to be provided);
- Quality Assurance of products produced and written content to ensure they match the high-standard of the company;
- Strong English and communication skills;
- A professional and friendly attitude towards customer service. You must be comfortable with providing telephone customer service and email support;
- Competent computer skills;
- A large part of this role will involve online promotion of the company website and its products; internet savvy is a must;
- Knowledge of online marketing or SEO a bonus;
- Ability to prioritise & manage projects in accordance with company objectives and strict timescales;
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised;
- Trustworthy and reliable;
- Applicants will undergo an initial telephone interview followed by a face-to- face interview and written assessment.
